My wife is Asian, so of course in our family we eat a lot of exotic foods and look at all of the documentaries of the faraway places of Asia, Africa and India. For some reason we have a strange fascination with India — the colorful clothes, the savory food, the ancient cities, the deep spirituality of the place speak to our hearts. It is our goal someday to take one of those adventure holidays — I long to walk through fields of rice and observe the water buffalo drinking along the streams. It will be the accomplishment of a major life goal in our family could someday travel to this far off, exotic nation.
