I am Brandon and I own a small sized IT firm in Boston. We specialize in coding and Java is our preferred language. I have decided to include IT seminar programs as a part of regular training for my employees. Such seminars would be entirely funded by the company and the main purpose of such seminars would be to introduce the staff members to the new developments that have occurred in their field. During these seminars, we will invite some professionals who have been trained and researching the areas that are seeing rapid development. In fact, I have one such seminar scheduled for this month end.
