I was researching about adoption the other day and found some great resources.  I found them by going through a parenting directory that my neighbor  had told me about.  We found resources on adoption council and also different local agencies that could help us.  We decided that we want to start having kids in a couple of years and we know that the adoption process can often take that long.  Getting a head start on the paper work and things will help us when the time comes that we are ready to have a baby.  We will be so excited to take care of a baby that needs a family.
