I have always wanted to study in an international school.  I have always wanted to become a doctor.  So I actually considered getting into one of those International Medical Schools.  Being able to go to a medical school and an internation one at that gives you the best of what medicine can offer.  Yes it would be an adjustment because you will be having classmates that are not of your own race but it will be quite an experience for you because you will be getting more views from different points of view based on different experiences.  So it will be quite a ride.  And it will be worth it because you now how  medical schools cost not to mention the skyrocketing tuition fees of international schools.
