Grilled Chicken Tips

One of my all time favorites is grilled chicken. If you have an outdoor ro even an indoor grill, you can prepare grilled chicken in no time. It cooks up quickly and without any mess, and it has almost no fat. Once you have prepared grilled chicken, you can eat it as a main dish or add strips of it to a salad, cold or hot. I like to add grilled chicken to pasta dishes too. You can just add some vegetables and even use bottled salad dressing!
