Most of my life I’ve lived in the central to west midlands of England. To me, there’s simply no other place I’d want to live. I’ve grown accustomed to the air, the smell, the sights, and the feel of the region. So when I got the opportunity to purchase a small parcel of land there, I was ecstatic. Helping me as a first time buyer property in the west midlands was a friend of mine who assists people find developers and builders for their land. He works for one of the leading home builders in the region, Banner Homes. And after looking through some of their plans, I was even more excited.
