I have an agent that has help to acquire a couple of small apartment unites in Spain. We will also getting furniture packages from Spain to put in all the units. The company we will be using not only has furniture packages but bedding, towel and kitchen packages as well, so we should be ready to go as soon as the renovations are complete. I am hoping this will be a great investment. The rental marked seems to be pretty good where the units are located so we should be able to keep the vacancy rate pretty low. This has been one of the best agents I have found in a while.
