I’ve heard my friends say that they work out every day and their muscles grow bigger and bigger. I’ve heard some of my other friends contradict me when I tell them you must give the muscles a break so they can heal and grow bigger, but their only come back is that their brother works out every day and his muscles are huge! What they may be leaving out however is the fact that many people work out every day but NOT on the same muscle groups. The muscle gain truth is that to grow bigger faster you have to give the “ripped” muscles time to heal and scar up before you continue (usually takes a few days) so they grow bigger, other wise your just ripping the same part all over again and no scar tissue (muscle mass) grows until you do give it a break. You can also hurt yourself if you keep working out on the same muscle groups day after day!
