We all think we need to go on a diet to lose weight. It’s a big mis-conception in todays gimmicky fast results world. The fact is a diet is only a short term band-aid to losing weight. 1.)Cut out unwanted calories and replace them with healthier lower calorie alternatives. Items such as snack foods, soda pop, cream in coffee etc.

 

 2.)Drink more water, most of us are dehydrated, we don’t get at least 6 8 oz. Glasses of water each day. Water helps clear toxins from our body, and helps us feel refreshed.

 

3.)Get exercise, and get it regularily. Walking is good, jogging is better, but working in some sort of high impact work out three or four times each week will speed up your fat loss. Some ideas are aerobics, pilates, even yoga. All of these items can be done from home without expensive equipment and will make a difference.

The key to losing belly fat, or really doing anything difficult is to start to take action right away. Don’t wait. These are three items you can start doing today without any expensive requirements. Changing your lifestyle isn’t an easy thing but you’ll thank yourself for it later.
