Obesity is one such thing that is hated by most of us. And even I was suffering from this problem. I weighed around 130 pounds. This problem of mine had caused many problems for me like I never was able to wear good clothes; I used to be teased by everyone I used to meet and what not. And this was very embarrassing. But then I decided to do something about it. I decided to reduce myself and become slim and trim like my other friends. So, I thought lets go for weight loss. Following this I first entered gym. There I had a personal trainer who trained me daily to do various exercises. They even provided me with a diet which was followed strictly by me. I stopped consuming all junk foods. Not only this, but even the consumption of butter, oil and all such fatty stuff was stopped by me. Chocolate, one thing which I and all of us like to eat the most was also stopped. I wasn’t able to restrict myself in consuming all these food but with time I controlled myself. And the result is out. I lost around 10 pounds within 3 months. This is how I lost my ten pounds.
