I really love the idea of having all the work taken out of dieting. With the Bistro MD program they plan out your meals to be the right amount of calories and then send them to you, all you have to do is unpack them, heat them up and eat. This makes it so easy! I am thinking of trying it out, can anyone tell me whether this diet works? Is there anyone that has tried this diet that would be willing to tell me a bit about their experience with it? I am trying to learn a bit more about the pros and cons.
