Great feedback since I started a cardio exercise workout
Health January 31st. 2008, 11:15amI was having lunch with friends the other day and they commented on how good I am looking. On the 1st of January this year I made a resolution to do more regular exercise to improve my energy levels and to reduce weight. In the second week of January I started my cardio exercise workout and have been sticking to a schedule of running four times a week. I get up a little earlier in the morning on some days and often take a lunch time break to go for a run. I find that mixing up the times allows me to accommodate my busy schedule. If I have an early meeting I go for the lunch session. I also adjust according to the weather so that I avoid having to run in the rain.
