Get a Sixpack: You Can Do it
Health December 30th. 2008, 3:16pmWhen we’re young, our bodies are much more efficient in how they burn the calories we put into them. This is a normal part of our development. As we age, however, our bodies no longer need the same amount of calories they used to. So if we exceed this daily amount, we store the excess in fat; which in the long-run slowly conceals the sculpted muscles of our youth.
One of the first areas we notice this is our mid-sections. To reverse the process, and thus get a sixpack look back, we need to devote ourselves to proper exercise, a better diet, and discipline. - We can all do it. It just takes a little bit of determination.
