Certain foods are rich in ingredients that help the body naturally get rid of cellulite. Nutrients such a lecithin, antioxidants, essential fatty acids, and amino acids are imperative to the reduction of cellulite because they help to strengthen cell membranes. Eggs, cauliflower, and peanut butter are all high in lecithin. Antioxidants and amino acids can be found in many different citrus fruits and pomegranates. Olive and canola oils all contain essential fatty acids. A person on a diet high in these nutrients will see a reduction in cellulite.
