Are there healthy ways to lose weight?

If you can stay positive and stay focused on the many benefits of what you are doing then you are half way there. Throughout the process remind your self that you are not losing out, you are only losing weight. That feeling of losing out is one of the main reason why diets fail and you don’t discover healthy ways to lose weight. There’s no point in saying that ice cream, chocolate and other fattening foods don’t taste good, because they do. But none of them leave you feeling good after and make you pile on the pounds. On the other hand, fresh strawberries also taste good, and peach sorbet tastes good. And you do not have to worry about your weight when eating these. So losing weight isn’t about depriving yourself of delicious foods, it’s just about finding replacements.
