My wife and I are really struggling financially.  Things have been tight for awhile but our finances are really out of control right now.  We were doing okay, keeping our heads above water until last summer when our mortgage increased by almost four hundred dollars.  Our rate adjusted just as our lender promised it would. This shouldn’t have come as a surprise, we knew it was going to happen, but you just don’t think $400 dollars is a real big deal.  To us it was a big deal.  We started using our credit cards more and now they are completely maxed out.  We need to find a way to consolidate debt payments into one payment that we can manage.
