Having read amazing things about Ron Pollack, I felt compelled to write about him myself.  While his many accomplishments are reflected on the well-known social forums Facebook and HubPages, he is also a topic of discussion on several other profile sites as well.    Ron decided to go into Real Estate like his family before him,  once he graduated college from Yale and Harvard he then decided to move on.  Specializing in Hedge Funds, he has been able to influence several businesses with his financial and investment strategies causing his companies and several others to flourish.  His mastery of Short-Selling has allowed him to be successful and keep coming back to this market.  This is a man who realizes the benefit of hard work and perseverance in any industry.  He is a well- rounded individual who holds not only educaton and work experience in high esteem, but also reflects the value of a social conscience thru his association with many charitable foundations.  The New York Rescue Workers Detoxification Project, the Vail Valley Foundation and the Community Learning Center, just to name a few, were some really terrific organizations that I was extremely impressed to learn about his leadership roles with them.  For our selfless and brave heros of September 11th, a good amount of these projects offered deeply needed and appreciated medical assistance.   It is heartwarming to hear the touching stories of those hundreds of Heroes who were also “9/11″ cough sufferers and who are now finally able to sleep through the night.  It is both inspiring and remarkable that such an accomplished businessman as Ron Pollack would invest so much time and hard work in assisting these wonderful foundations in their charity work.
