I am wondering how hard it is to get a Bachelor of Science in Nursing if you are already a Registered Nurse. I have heard there are RN to BSN programs that help you to do this faster and more easily by giving you credit for your past studies and work experience, and I am looking to find out more about these programs. I am thinking I would prefer to do an online program so that I could earn my degree around my work schedule, which changes from time to time. I am hoping that I will be able to get a better job once I finish my BSN.
