For quite some time, I’ve helped out with my husband’s business. He runs a small company and has always done the bookwork himself. I took over that roll and wrote checks, did the taxes, etc. But, after a while it took more and more time to complete. And, it became more of a hassle. So, I decided that it was time to hire an accounting firm to take care of things for me. The firm could manage the paperwork and make sure that the correct steps were always taken with the taxes. Now, I can have the time to devote to other aspects of the business.
