The Polo GTi is a cracking little car with performance levels to frighten the competition. I have just taken one for a test drive at Alan Day VW who are a large VW dealership in London. We went for a nice spin around the capital and found that the Polo is fantastic for getting around in. There is plenty of power in the 1.8 litre turbo-charged engine which has an output of 150 ps. This is accompanied by a 0-60 time of around 8 seconds and a very respectable 134mph top speed which in a car that size would definitely feel fast!
