When the younger men in the neighborhood come to me now with their car problems I usually just have t shake my head and say I wish I could help you.  I have trained them all to read the auto repair manuals.  They know how important it is to pay attention to detail and to go through each step on baby step at a time.  We know that the mechanical parts of the power train rarely fail today.   When the car fails to function is us usually because a sensor has gone bad and needs to be replaced.  We do not have the tools or the equipment to do that in our back yard.
